An opportunity to walk and talk and enjoy God’s creation
Alton Walking Church for Men – Autumn 2020
Now that a measure of normality has returned in this Covid-19 era it would be good to get out on the Alton area byways once again and enjoy some muscular Christian fellowship. Each of the five walks will have a theme relating to the current situation. Walks will vary between 75 to 90 minutes at a moderate pace, including time to pause and reflect.
We will begin and end at a hostelry, with the opportunity to share refreshments or a light meal at the end. For distancing reasons numbers will be restricted to a dozen, with a proposal of four people to a table in a pub or a pub garden. There is no obligation to stay for the refreshments at the end.
Walk 4 is open to men, women and children and there will be provision for numbers up to 24.
