An opportunity to walk and talk and enjoy God’s creation
Summer & Autumn 2021
Now that a measure of normality has returned in this post Covid-19 era it would be good to get out on the Alton area byways once again and enjoy some muscular Christian fellowship. Each of the seven walks will have a theme relating to living distinctively for Christ. Walks will vary between 90 minutes and 2 hours at a moderate pace, including time to pause and reflect.
We will begin and end at a hostelry, with the opportunity to share refreshments or a light meal at the end. There is no obligation to stay for the refreshments.
If the weather is particularly inclement I will give you good warning and we will have to limit ourselves to meeting for a light meal at the pub.
Walk 7 is open to men, women and children.
