All Saints Hard of Hearing Club

Alton All Saints’ Hard of Hearing Group meet on the first, third and fourth Tuesdays of every month from 2pm at All Saints’ Church Hall, Queens Road. The first Tuesday of the month is a  one hour a Lip Reading session with Tutor Maggie Short ATLA, followed by light refreshments.  The third Tuesday is dedicated to knitting with the Knitters Anonymous Group.  For details of the Lip Reading and Knitters Anonymous groups please contact  01420  83514

The group aims to provide a relaxed, friendly meeting place where the hearing impaired can meet and not be pre-occupied with their hearing difficulties. The hall has an Induction Loop for those wearing hearing aids. Amongst the activities provided over each month are regular Lip Reading practice sessions with a qualified tutor, craft afternoons, a chat and support meeting and a monthly meeting with an invited speaker.
