We are actively seeking a Children & Primary Schools Worker for the Parish of the Resurrection.

Our last Youth & Children’s Worker left us in the summer of 2023 and we have now reflected and put together a new role which we hope will give someone the ideal opportunity to grow our ministry amongst children in particular alongside their families and local primary schools. We have a number of activities already:
Teddies Toddler Groups in St Lawrence Church and The Church of the Holy Rood Holybourne
Glow – an After School Club for those in Key Stage 2
Lighthouse Children’s groups on Sundays in St Lawrence Church
Collective Worships (assemblies) in some of our local schools
Curriculum support for schools both in our buildings and in classrooms
Board Game Afternoons
Activities for the major festivals – Christmas, Easter, Harvest etc
We need someone to lead and inspire these and also to introduce us to new ideas and where is God is leading.
