Christmas Crafts For All, Saturday 30 November, 10am to 12noon, Church of the Holy Rood, Holybourne – everyone of all ages is invited to join us having fun making crafts as we prepare for Christmas. Activities include a bauble hunt, making decorations including fused glass and decorating biscuits. No charge; donations welcome. There will be refreshments! Any questions? Men’s Breakfast at the White Hart, Holybourne
We will be meeting at the White Hart, Holybourne for our usual delicious ‘full English’ breakfast, all for just £8. Come and enjoy some lively banter and listen to our excellent speaker, Edward Hepper, who will be talking about the history of St. Lawrence Church. Remembrance Sunday
Remembrance Sunday – next week A reminder that we gather at The Cairn in The High Street for the town service on 10th November. It begins at 10.45am but good to get there early. We still hold an 8am Communion Service at St Lawrence, a 9.15am Communion Service at St Peter’s, Beech and a 6.30pm Informal Evening Worship at St Lawrence. There is also a 2pm short reflection at Holy Rood with prayer stations through the afternoon.
