Shared Contemplation and Meditation Group Monday 26th September 7.30pm-9pm Holy Rood Church, Holybourne .
This sort of prayer is learnt well with others. There is 20-30 mins silence to start then an opportunity to share insights and questions if wished (but not necessary for all). Then a shorter silence to end.
